The Past, Present and Future…

Hiya all!  Well as some of you an tell, I switched over to WordPress from blogspot for my GossipyBitch blog and also Trev and I’s Drunken Friday’s blog.  The options are better and I geek out on it.

I have not blogged in any kind of way since late of 2009,  just due to the fact I was way too busy with other things.  I think this first of 2010 blog entry will be about things in the past that I have had on my mind for a few……but never got around to placing them on paper.  Some things that still in a way tick me off.

Most of you know that I started dating another guy in SL around Aug of 2009 and eventually married him in SL.   Him and I are actually going on 1 year next week, and I think about all the ups and downs we had…..and how we got thru all of it.  I went thru alot of drama due to his nutso crazy ex and things he did that were no so valiant.  All in all it’s worked.  Probably cause I rock as a wife.

My SL took a career change too since I stopped blogging last year.  I departed from H&S due to the drama (ie: nutso crazy ex) and also it was just time to go.  I really loved working there at a point in time….but towards the end, things had changed.  I took a hard look back at the effort that I placed into that club..and come to realize that in some ways…..I was being used.   It was like other people who worked there (myself included), cared more for the club than the owner.  After I left, and started my own club……..I came to find out that my old boss told someone that she felt “uneasy” and did not “trust my motives” when I came into my old place of work as a VIP.   I was pretty much done with her after that.  You might make cool poses and cute furniture…..but you SUCK at being a friend.  Ps:  It’s called an Intan couples pose balls set…..it will cost you 7500L.  Go out and buy one….then you can stop using Waffles.  Geez

After leaving H&S, I did feel a tad bit lost for a few.  It’s kinda fucked up how someone can take something so “routine” liking working at a club…..and make it their whole SL life.  That is where I was at after leaving H&S.  I did get an offer to manage another club The Wherehouse, for two of my friends.  The hours were good….and the respect was there, meaning I was getting paid each month to run their club.    The time I spent there was great!  I got to make some money…..get staff in order and towards the end I was venturing into Djing.  Trev and I actually left that club on good terms….so we thought.  After him and I opened our own music club in SL…….one of the owners from this club FLIPPED out  on me.  I knew it was going to happen…..she’s hormonal in RL….she’s hormonal in SL   It’s called Premarin.  Ask your doctor about it. 

Trev and I decided to open a club in SL, Gears.  The beginning was great!  Vips, great music…..etc. We were having a ball, but just like anything in SL……it needs attention.  2 weeks into opening the club, RL threw a curve and my time on SL became limited.  We did decide to make it more of a summer Tiki build for the months of June/July.  In the end….our dedication to it waivered, and we closed it down completely.  All in all it was a fun venture while it lasted.

I will say that this past year has had it’s up and downs…but a hell of alot more ups!!   I am happy to say I have a more rounded SL experience and space out all my happiness about it equally.  Ok…..maybe some more happiness goes to Trev too.  *Muah*

So I am at one of favorite hang-outs, Crossroads. Awesome place, fucking stellar blues music, and even better people. So I TP there and I come across this abortion waiting to happen……

I had to do a double take, cause I really did not understand what I was looking at. She had a prim fetus attached to her. There are a couple of things in Second Life that just get under my skin. Not being able to log in, free accounts, Brazilians……the list could go on and on. The one particular thing that really puts a frown on my face…….child avatars.

We all know that SL is a place where you can be anything you want to be. A stripper, an escort, a skydiver…..etc. So why is this the place that people, grown women to be exact…..come to act like children? Did they not play house enough when they were younger? Do the secretly want to buy barbie’s and rekindle some romance with Ken that ended abruptly when they were 10? Who knows? I have heard some people mention that people portray child avatars in SL to help them deal with some memories of a stolen childhood that they lost. Two words for you: Michael Jackson. Also if someone is having issues with their past, shouldn’t they be seeking the help of a trained therapist? I don’t think having a “Mommy” in SL is going to help anything, if that is the case.

My few brief encounters with child avatars have usually been from afar in SL. Seeing them at a store….having one pop up at a club. I did have one tell me about a year ago “I fwee years old”. I immediately teleported away in disgust. I always thought I would never have to be subjected to spending more than a few minutes in their presence. That was until yesterday….

Picture it: Second Life…..Jan….2009. I am three hours ahead of SL time and I had been invited to a surprise rez day party for a very good friend. The party started at 9pm SLT, which made it midnight….my time. I was tired, but not to disappoint the friend….I attended, with the intention of only staying a “few”. This party was at some married friends who knew the rez day boy and they decided to have the party at their house in SL. I teleported there….introductions were made…..seemed cool. All we were doing was waiting for the rez day boy to show up, which was taking longer than expected.

During the chit chat….some conversation lines started to appear in the form of a shout “Mommy….I’s be getting dwessed”. What? Did I miss something? I am only seeing adult avatars…..where did that come from? Then it happened again….. “Mommi…..I luvs you”. Shit, Shit, Shit!! I immediately hit the zoom and panned thru the house….and that is when I saw it.The Fucking Tinkerbell bedroom.

It had toys…and a fucking canopy bed. I just sat in front of my computer shaking my head. I sat there in disgust still waiting to see “it” pop up, and she did. 2ft tall…..neko, flexi-dress….and the typical John Benet Ramsey makeup that all the young child whore avatars are wearing now and days. Just a FYI: Children should not wear makeup in SL or in RL.

So ten minutes passed….then 20…..then 30…..then fucking 1 hour, and still no birthday boy. Did he understand the pain I was going thru waiting for him to show up to this party? Did he understand that I had to look at repeating lines of toddler talk? No. Finally after an hour had passed, he showed up. I said my “Happy Rez day” and I left.

I am going to say it, I hate child avatars. I find it disgusting that women who have periods and buy tampons in RL have to pretend they are 3years old again. They should have their uterus’ ripped from their bodies and stomped on. They should be punched in the boobs.

I just knew that one day I would blog on this subject, but I think I was just waiting for the right moment in time to capture a good pic that was worth blogging about. Today was that day. When I am bored and all alone….my sexy ass can be found at Waterhead the noob sim. This is the sim that SL spits you out to, right after you are done with your orientation. All new people from SL come here. Today I decided to visit Waterhead to see what was shaking and this (points to above picture) was the thing that was shaking. It think I TP’d onto it. I have a small white stain on my pants now from it……gross.

Let me break it down:
He or she was about 2ft tall. I would say “he” because of the cock….but if you look at the pic……there are boobs, so it might just be a she. So this could be a very short, ugly, non-makeup wearing tranny for all I know. Usually when you see someone like this in SL, you of course…..have to do a profile check because you just assume they are a noob. Nope….this person was at least 2 months old.
